Hemp Seed Oil vs. CBD Oil, Are They The Same?
Hemp seed oil and CBD oil are both derived from the hemp plant, but they are different products.
Hemp seed oil is made by cold pressing the seeds of the hemp plant. It is rich in nutrients and has a number of potential health benefits, including reducing inflammation, improving heart health, and moisturizing the skin. However, it does not contain any CBD or other cannabinoids.
CBD oil, on the other hand, is made by extracting CBD from the hemp plant and diluting it with a carrier oil, such as hemp seed oil or coconut oil. It is used for a variety of purposes, including reducing anxiety and stress, improving sleep, and reducing inflammation and pain.
So, while hemp seed oil and CBD oil are both derived from the hemp plant, they are used for different purposes and have different effects on the body.
